Gym Day 5...

Finally got to go gym again. Due to work and other crap haven't managed to go this week. Anywho worked chest and triceps quickly. 3 sets of bench press plus 1 warm up set. Max 60kgs free weight. 3 sets of machine incline bench press. Then 3 sets on the pec dec.

For triceps I did 3 sets of machine push downs, 3 sets of cable push downs and 3 sets of overhead extensions.

That will do for today, hopefully I will go tomorrow and do back and biceps...
