What I did today 15/9/10

  • Woke up 5.45.. fell asleep.. woke up 6.00.. fell asleep.. woke up 6.10 o_O yuck
  • Came down had me toast and a nice cup of tea... tea seems to be the only thing in the morning that tastes nice.. the toast is horrid... this new toaster seems to toast the bread then immediately its cold.
  • Got washed and dressed and headed out, had a right touch with the transport, bus was there at my road, 123 came in 30 seconds, lovely stuff.
  • Work was PRETTY boring, day seemed to drag, by 1pm I was totally zoning out a bit, but it had its busy moments and sales wise was pretty decent.
  • Finished at 4, glad to be done, went to see my mate to go for a couple brewski's. We 'jammed' in the pub for a bit then i headed off.
  • Reallllllllllllly should have gone to the toilet one last time as I was in bits the whole bus ride, didn't help that I was listening to the Joe Rogan podcast which literally makes me laugh out loud.
  • Luckily I have to pass my mates house on the way home so stopped off for a cheeky number 1 then was on my way.
  • Home had me some dinner and watched the Real Madrid game... its so sad watching Ronaldo play for them.. should be at united still.
  • Downloaded Pro Evo 2011 and Fifa 11, only played Pro Evo and its looking pretty tasty, give it a proper go tomorrow.
  • Ok bed time me thinks.. another early start tomorow :-( boo

How the FUCK???

How the FUCK!! do these people do these chalk drawings? Where do you start? How do you get the perspective down so freaking well? Mind blown by these, everytime I see them.

What I did yesterday 14/9/10...

  • Not the most eventful day
  • Woke up 9ish
  • Came down had me cereal, STILL don't feel great in the morning, no food goes down that well.
  • Went gym around 10.30, had a decent work out, although this mug annoyed me, which you can read about in the blog post below.
  • Came home and got changed.
  • Headed to my mates house before work, just 'jammed' for a bit then headed off to work.
  • Got to work wayyyy to early, so 'jammed' again for a bit.
  • Work was ok, seemed to go really slow considering I was doing a short shift.
  • Lucky the journey home was quick, watched Misfits on the bus, that Nathan never fails to make me lol.
  • Got in watched some of the football...SOOOOOOO tragic, best player injured, oh how I hate the champions league.
  • Bed time.

Gym Day 121.. Chest..

So yesterday went to the gym to work Chest... didn't do the workout I wanted because near the end this fat cunt in the gym come and took the machine I was blatantly using. So here is the little story... I go to do some cable crossovers, I set one side up... go to do the other and see there is no clip for the other side. So I go to the pulldown machine to take that one and I see this fat lump who thinks he is hench walk up to the one I set up.

He goes to pick up a bar so i think ok.. he is just taking that away, then he starts to take my bit down. I politely say 'oh excuse me I was using that bar' ... his response was ' huh? I don't understand' ... I tell him ' oh I was going to do cable crossovers' .. his reply is 'o_O so? i'm here' .. really wish I just kicked him in the nuts and walked away... but its not worth ruining my future gym use and looking over my shoulder. And couldn't be arsed to argue it out with a dumb truck. so I just moved on.

Anywho.. the workout:
  • 1 sets of upper chest press, 30 kg for 20 reps.
  • 2 sets of flat bench press, 50 kg for 10 reps, 80 kg for 5 reps.
  • 3 sets of incline dumbbell bench press, 26 kg db's for 10 reps, 27.5 kg for 10 reps, 30 kg for 8 reps.
  • 2 sets of dips, 8-9 reps.
  • 3 sets of pec dec, 63 kg for 10 reps, 70 kg for 10 reps, 77 kg for 8 reps.

What I did yesterday and today 12/9/10 and 13/9/10...

  • woke up 9 am
  • had me breakfast
  • went through my games draw to find some old ones to trade at cex
  • went cex and got a decent amount for my old ones, planned on getting God of War 3 but as i was in the long queue for trade ins, some mug next to me bought the last copy.. NOT HAPPY.
  • soooo I had to take the long bus ride to Wood Green to get GOW3 from the cex there... was already out.. figured might aswell get it done.
  • Weirdest thing happened on the bus.. texted my friend Mia whats up, she tells me she is going shopping in Wood Green, I replied that 'oh me to' and she says yeh I'm on the 230... i reply 'oh me to, where you sitting' she replies top floor at the back.. 'oh i replied, i'm sitting at the front..MADNESS.
  • Anywho got to the job done then got the bus home.
  • Got in chilled, had dinner, bed time.
  • Woke up 8am.
  • Came down and had some breakfast.
  • Got ready for the wedding I had to go to.
  • Got there, was a nice venue, said howdy to everyone, saw some blasts from the pasts, great stuff.
  • Wedding went down very well, especially considering it was an outside affair, the weather just about held up, lil drizzle but not enough to ruin it.
  • Speeches were just great, my fam can talk the good talk, constant lols.
  • Headed home.
  • Watched the VMA awards which were awesome.
  • now gonna hit the sack..mad tired.

Gym Day 120.. Cardio..

Did this one on Saturday...

  • 15 mins on the cross trainer
  • 3 sets of leg raises, 50 kgs for 10-15 reps.

What I did yesterday 11/9/10

  • Woke up way to early for a Saturday.
  • Planned to go Oxford Street to do a lil shopping but after checking the weather, I gave it a miss.
  • So had my breakfast and chilled out the morning.
  • Saw my brother come in from a jog which inspired me to do some cardio, so I quickly went to the gym for a work out.
  • Got in, in time to watch the united vs everton match... ohh what an EPIC fail that was...sad sad times.
  • After just watched some tv i had to catch up on, then it got to 3ish and I thought... hmm... might aswell go shopping now, really can't be arsed tomorrow.
  • So I set out to go Oxford Street, once I got to Walthamstow I figured I might aswell take a look... because if I can sort myself out local... I might aswell.
  • Walked into The Mall, to my surprise we now have a CEX in Walthamstow... I can't describe how happy I was about that lol... love that shop... so handy I now don't have to go to Central or Wood Green just to go there now.
  • Went Topman and grabbed some shoes real quick... result.
  • Went Mickey D's... don't know why... wasn't even hungry but I just felt it... they had no tomato ketchup which really ruined the fries... but what you gonna do.
  • Watched X-Factor and had me dinner... X-Factor was pretty shit this week... hardly any good acts at all.
  • My mate texts me and says to come out... REALLY couldn't be bothered but gave in and got changed.
  • Got to south Woodford around 10ish... it was really poppin down there... the place we wanted to go looked MAD busy... just knew that wasn't going to happen... especially as we were heading to another bar first.
  • Went to this bar for a while was pretty good... looking back probably shouldn't have left... turned into one of the most random nights ever but all in all it weren't to bad... many lols to be had.
  • Got in at 4.30 and headed to la la land

What I did today 9/9/10

  • Woke up at 4.30 AGAIN!!
  • 4..6.30 starting in a row is not I actually felt it in the morning..getting out of bed wasn't easy.
  • Had my breakfast and left the house well on time for the first time this week.
  • Bus ACTUALLY came on time for the first time this I had time to stop off at the shop and get my food.
  • Work was pretty good, too much time spent by myself, but overall pretty good.
  • No gym for me today, so left at 3 and got in 4.15..was nice to be in.
  • Old friend was at home hanging with my bro..was cool to see her, had to give her loads of music..I've got plenty to give.
  • Chilled out some more, watched some eastenders..MAYNE that was funny..poorly written fantastic tv I call it.
  • Watched BB, chilled some more then hit the sack at 11.30.
  • Got a 8am stsrt tomorrow so the extra time staying up and waking up later will be nice.

Yesterday worked Back
  • 4 sets of chin ups, wide grip 10 reps x 2, narrow grip 7 reps x 2
  • 3 sets of low pulley rows, 55 kg for 10 reps, 60 kg for 8 reps, 50 kg for 9 reps
  • 3 sets of pulldowns, 65 kg for 8-10 reps
  • 2 sets of bent over rows, 28 kg for 10 reps.
Today worked Shoulders and Biceps.
  • warm up set, 10 reps of lateral raises with 6 kg db's followed by overhead press for 10 reps with 6kg followed by 7 reps of frotn raises with the same weight.
  • 3 sets of arnold press, 18 kg for 10 reps, 22 kgs for 10 reps, 24 kg for 8 reps
  • 2 sets of lateral raises 12 kg for 8 reps, 10 kg for 9 reps.
  • 2 sets of upright rows, 50 kg for 10 reps, 65 kg for 7 reps.
  • 2 sets of rear delt extensions, 6055 kg for 10 reps, 65 kg for 8 reps.
  • 4 sets of bicep curls, 12 kg for 10 reps, 24 kg for 7 reps followed by 5 reps of 12 kg hammers, 22 kg for 7 reps followed by 5 reps of 12 kg hammers, 20 kg for 8 reps follwed by 5 reps of 12 kg hammers.
  • 2 sets of cable barbell curls, 24 kgs for 8 reps, 20 kg for 10 reps.
  • 1 set of dumbbell preacher curls, 14 kg for 10 reps
  • 1 set of machine bicep curls, 35 kg for 10 reps.

Dammit forgot to do this yesterday.

  • woke up 4.30
  • came downstairs to have some cherios and a banana...didn't feel great after.
  • got dressed and rushed out of the house..bus came early so i missed it..nothing new there.
  • got to work on time idea how i do it.
  • work really dragged, some days its just dire..this was one of them.
  • finished at 3 and went to the gym, chest and a bit of triceps..pretty good workout.
  • came home and chillaxed infront of the tv.
  • went to bed early due to another early start.

What I did today 5/9/10..

  • work up 12ish..
  • got out of bed, just go get my laptop and went straight back in.
  • browsed the interwebs until I got hungry and came down or summat to eat.
  • had some noodles and watched tv
  • rest of the day did sweet fa, tv, mw2, heavy rain, tv, mw 2 some more.
  • just looked at my work rota for tomorrow and i am working time to hit the sack early doors.

What I did today 4/9/10..

  • Woke up 10ish.
  • Didn't know what to do with myself..came down to watch some tv.
  • Chilled in front of the tv most of the day playing MW2 and watching tv.
  • Decided to give my bedroom a good ol clean as I had plenty of freshly washed clothes to put away and it was a state.
  • Watching Tomorrow Never Dies while cleaning..finally watched it all.
  • Came downstairs had me some dinner, lamb, potatoes, carrots and summat else..went down nicely.
  • Watched x-factor..some chick Cher Lloyd sang Turn my Swag On remix and killed it.
  • Got ready to go out, jeans and a polo..simples.
  • My boy Chris picked me up and we headed to Pitch and Piano in Angel for a guy at works leaving drinks.
  • Was a very good night..the DJ was very on point, good crowd, saw a couple mates in mate from back back in the day at my old football team..was mad he spotted me.
  • Headed home around typing this and about to play more Modern Warefare 2..why not?

Gym Day 116..Back and Biceps...

Todays workout wasn't too bad..gave up a bit on the bicep workout due to time, but it wasn't to bad.

  • 4 sets of chin ups,wide grip for 12 reps, then 10 reps, narrow grip for 6 reps, then 8 reps.
  • 3 sets of seated high rows, 100 kg for 10 reps, 120 kg for 8 reps, 120 kg for 8 reps.
  • 2 sets of pulldowns, 84 kg for 6 reps followed by 56 kg for 4 reps, 77 kg for 6 reps followed by 49 kg for 8 reps.
  • 2 sets of seated rows, 63 kg for 9 reps twice.
  • 4 sets of preacher curls, 30 kg for 10 reps, 50 kg for 10 rep, 55 kg for 6 rep, 45 kg for 9 reps.
  • 2 sets of dumbbell curls, 17.5 kg for 10 reps.

What I did today 1/9/10 and yesterday...

Forgot to do this yesterday..FUCK...

  • woke up 5.30
  • had some cereal..did not go down well, started to get that sick feeling.
  • got to work on time somehow, really though i would be late.
  • work was good, 7-1 so it went real quick.
  • went to the gym after work, nice chest workout, wanted to do triceps but my stomach started to hurt and i gave up.
  • got home and chilled, loads of ps3, and tv
  • watched tomorrow never dies in bed.
  • woke up at 5.45
  • had a slice of toast and a cup of tea
  • was gonna be late, but luckily to a lift so ended up 30 mins early.
  • work was good, they are interviewing for new workers, so there were loads of people coming in and out.
  • Sales was good, maged 12 new memberships which is pretty good, no complaints.
  • finished at 4, ended getting home 5.30 which was not good, but peak time for traffic.
  • chilled again at home, really need to sort my evenings out, really following a pattern.
  • Watched Jersy Shore and BB, both hilarious.
  • More bond in bed..PAUSEna
