Triceps
4 sets of push downs, 8-10 reps
3 sets of tricep extensions, 8-10 reps
2 sets of barbell tricep extensions, 8-10 reps
2 sets of kick backs, 8-10 reps
Biceps
4 sets of preacher curls, 8-10 reps
3 sets of dumbbell curls, 8-10 reps, each set followed by hammers
2 sets of concentration curls, 8 reps
