Yesterday I worked me guns...again I stumbled across a workout on youtube the day of my workout. Was a Bicep routine by Kevin Levrone which I tried to follow as much as I could.
Triceps
2 sets of standing ez-bar tricep extensions, 15 kgs for 15 reps.
3 sets of skull crushers, 20 kgs for 15 reps for 2 sets, 30 kgs for 12 reps, 35 kgs for 10 reps, 35 kgs for 8 reps.
3 sets of kickbacks, 10 kg for 15 reps, 12.5 kgs for 12 reps, 12.5 kgs for 10 reps.
3 sets of pushdowns, 70 kgs for 10 reps, 75 for 10 reps, 75 kgs for 6 reps.
1 set of over head cable extentions, 35 kgs
Biceps
5 sets of ez-bar curls, 2 sets with 20 kgs for 12-15 reps, 30 kgs for 12 reps, 35 kgs for 10 reps, 35 kgs for 8 reps.
3 sets of concentration curls, 10 kgs for 10 kgs for 15 reps, 12.5 kgs for 10 reps, 16 kgs for 8 reps.
3 sets of preacher curls, 40 kgs for 10 reps, 40 kgs for 8 reps, 35 kgs for 10 reps.
