Dammit forgot to do this yesterday.
- woke up 4.30
- came downstairs to have some cherios and a banana...didn't feel great after.
- got dressed and rushed out of the house..bus came early so i missed it..nothing new there.
- got to work on time still..no idea how i do it.
- work really dragged, some days its just dire..this was one of them.
- finished at 3 and went to the gym, chest and a bit of triceps..pretty good workout.
- came home and chillaxed infront of the tv.
- went to bed early due to another early start.
