4 sets of ez-bar shoulder press, 10-20 reps
3 sets of lateral raises, 10 reps
2 sets of upright rows, 10 reps
Biceps
4 sets of ez-bar curls, 10 reps
3 sets of dumbbell curls, 10 reps
2 sets of hammer curls, 10 reps
1 set of reverse ez-bar curls, 6 reps.
