The Kooks were fucking AWESOME...
Went with my brother and 2 mates to see the Kooks last night, what a great show they put on. From start to finish people were going crazy. The support act was a band called the Mystery Jets who were very very impressive. Hadn't heard of them before but having spoken to a few people they love them also.
Anywho back to the kooks what an awesome set. Everything flow'D perfectly, just when I thought they didnt have anymore hits BANG another one.
9/10 for for me.

We beat the dirty ****ers...
So my football team played one of our rival teams in a cup match saturday. I didn't know to much of the rivalry before hand and nor did most of the team as most are new players. But from what we hear they have NEVER beaten this club, they lost 9-1 last season and we knew they were dirty bastards (which they were).They flew in with tackles, tackles from behind and the ref let them get away without getting booked, I do one foul and I get a yellow card straight away.
Anywho we got to the ground I was delighted to see it was a pretty nice pitch for once and not one that was all muddy as this time of the season, you see that alot. We came out and did our warm up, back to the changing rooms and after the keeper was obviously picked he says my name next and i was like huh o_O he goes 'ash I want you to play right back, you should have kept your mouth quite'. I couldn't help but laugh as at training on Thursday I was saying how I could play left or right back and had played there previously, so he put me there, left back was actually another guy who said at training they could play in defence, and he was a center mid.
Anywho I actually really enjoyed it there, right back is a fun position as you get quite alot of the ball, from the keeper, centerbacks, midfielders and you can even over lap the wingers. I played fairly well, had some scumbag boy playing left mid who if i touched once *pause* he would bloody throw and elbow to get me off, so I knew he was goign to be a difficult customers. Luckily I kept him fairly quite, he didn't beat me once, only joy he had was on a break where he broke threw the middle.
We ended up winning 5-3, the goals we gave away were fucking shocking. 2 headers from corners and they scored a goal on the break that should never have happened. In our team our striker ebi scored 2 good goals, the portugeezer miguel scored with his first touch when he came on, then tich scored directly from a corner, and i have no bloody idea who scored the 5th, hmmm...maybe it was 4-3 lol. Anywho it was really good besides the shit we let in.
Dunno whats gonna happen next week as i am sure he will bring in some new defenders as both our left backs our out for 8 weeks with ankle injuries.
Anywho that will do for now, i'm out.

Sub'D again noooooooooooooo...
So I got another start on Saturday for my football team. I was happy and surprised seeing as I had no chance to shine last week and he seemed to think me and the other winger did nowt. Anywho He says he is playing a 433 so I expect to be on the bench, seeing as I am a winger but I was mistaken, he plays me in a midfield 3. Now center mid is a position I am not very comfortable with as I am not gonna be smashing someone in a tackle, or getting elbow in the face for headers so I wasn't sure why I was there, luckily it quickly changed into a 442 as it wasn't working.
So I was now playing left mid where I wanna be. I thought I had a good first half got in a few crosses and and beat my man a few times, was defending and attacking. Somehow we were 2-1 down at half time to a team I would consider to be shit. I was at fault kind of for one of the goals as the guy I was marking at the corner scored, but along his run he managed to pull my shirt over my head so I couldnt even see him, yet the ref didn't see it.
Come half time I wasn't to worried about coming off as I thought I was playing well, a few players said I was playing good but BOOM he hits me with it and I was off, now thats 2 games back since I have been injured, 55 mins and now 45 mins, this isn't looking good for me.
Anywho as soon as the game started back our striker Ebi banged in a goal to make it 2-2 and we were back in the game. Then came the kilelr blow as we were pushing for a goal they got a goal with 8 mins to go and there it was out of our second cup in 2 weeks.
Saturday is going to be a big game, playing at leyton county ground a win is a MUST, cant afford to lose 3 on a bounce when we had been undefeated until 2 weeks ago.

Stupid Fucking football injuries...
So I was out for 5-6 weeks (can't remember exactly ) with a groin injury, that was a terrible time as pre-season had just finished, I played my first game for my new team and all seemed well. I have one of my best training sessions and *BOOM* I injured my groin out of know where.
I finally started training 2 weeks ago, I didn't wanna rick coming back early so I took as long as I needed to feel healthy and visited the physio once a week. First training session back I was surprisingly still fit, I imagined I would pass out as our training is know joke, but I did it relatively easily. Second training I loosened up even more *pause* I was running more freely as I knew my groin was better and wouldn't just go.
So it comes to friday and the manager texts us the squad and I am in, although I am not expecting to play as he brings 16 players to games and 2 always get bomb'D out and I only just came back. As expected I did get bomb'D out, we did win though so thats good and I got to do the warm up on a pitch and stuff which was nice to be back on.
Second week back at training went fine, although it felt like my thighs were going to fall off after the long ass circuit we did. next friday get another text, I am in the team again, I was expecting to start or at least play some part as it was a cup game and i got bomb'D the first game. I was right I did start right mid, the manager did make quite a few changes and it just didn't seem to work.
Before the game started everyone was confident but after 5 mins it was shocking, simple passes couldn't be made, we were losing every header, not making tackles, I touched the ball about 4 times in the whole first half. We ended up losing the game 3-2 and i was super pissed off at how the game had turned out as I finally get to play and we played shit.
Anywho BACK TO PRESENT DAY, I went to training last night, after our second circuit I was looking to give up and sit down as my stomach felt like crap as I hadn't eaten much. I soldier'D on and completed the running. We then went on to play a lil match which was fun. All was well until 10 mins in when I got 2 excited and went for a one two with someone and pulled away very sharply and I felt a lil twinge in my groin again noooooooo :-(
It didn't feel to bad but last time it didn't feel to bad right after either, so I did a lil stretch and kept on jogging but didn't wanna split my legs to much *pause* just in case, actually played pretty well considering.
Walked all the way home (just what you wanna do when your not feeling your best) iced iot and it actually doesn't hurt, but I now have the fear in me so I am bloody walking like I have an injury, which I will probably do until I see the physio tonight and he co-signs that I am ok.
