Birthdays can be pretty fun...

So I thought my 25th birthday would be another chill day at home, probably involving me playing PS3 all day, come to think of it, that wouldn't have been that bad lol. But in the end it turned out to be a really fun day.

So I woke up at like 11.30, came downstairs and had a bowl of crunchy nut cornflakes, turned the lappy on and was chatting on msn and checking my facebook (as you do). People keep saying happy birthday I hope you have a fun day and i was thinking, wow I am soooo not gonna have a really fun day. Then on msn I get convinced to come out. So I got ready and hopped on the train to Covent Garden and went to some restaurant called Chez Gérard.












It was a really nice restarunt, nice location, friendly staff. For starters my friend John ordered snails, I thought to myself people are sooooo gonna make me try them, but hey they can't be that bad. So before they came I figured I would try one, then they arrived and they were bloody green, I thought to myself ARE YOU SHITTING ME, GREEN!!! really? but everyone tried it so I thought why the hell not. I have to say they weren't to bad actually, wouldn't say I would order then next time I go out, but they weren't horrible.

Oh and as a added bonus Rebecca Loos was sitting behind me, if you don't remember her, she is the chick Becks Smashed a couple years back. I have to say she didn't look that hot and her nose looked CRAZY!!!!












Anywho after that we decided we were gonna see a show, but it started at 8pm so we had to burn like 3 hours, so we went to the New Era shop. I did not know there was a New Era shop down there and it was pretty darn cool, sooo many different colours and style,s I am so pissed I didn't by the hat I liked, but I wasn't ready to buy a fitted cap as my hair is in bits at the mo.

After that we went to Cocoon for a drink which was cool. Cocoon is a cool restaurant/ bar on Regents Street.











Had a few beverages there to kill some time then headed off to the show.

Now the best part of the night, we go to see a show calle La Clique which EVERYONE has to see.


Check that out. It was soooooooo cool, some of the most amazing acts I have ever seen, and it was sooooooo funny also. I'd recommend it to everybody, you got a women who gets naked for the guys and those of the men take the tops off (yuck) for the girls, so good times all round. I won't go into details abotu the acts as everyone should see it and that video spoils it enough as it is lol.

After that went home, saw the famo, my aunt was there which was night. Hung out with them for a bit then got to open some of my presents. Ended up being all clothes which is fine by me as most other stuff I would have bought myself by now lol. It also all fit which was handy as taking thigns back is a nightmare.

BIRTHDAY BOY!!!!...

So it's February 23rd, the best day of the year. Reason? Because at 7.52 (according to my mum) I was born, and the world has been a better place since lol.

I know some people feel different when they have birthdays, but I haven't really felt much different since I was 18 to be honest. Birthdays tend to be just another day for me sadly. I wish I was one of those people who always makes a big deal out of birthdays and have parties and stuff. I don't think its EVER crossed my mind to have a party, probably sad but thats how it is.

18th birthday, I don't recall doing anything special. 21st was cool as quite a few family members came over and I got a transformer toy for the lols which was cool.

22nd, I don't recall much was probably at home again. 23rd again was at home, but couple days later I went to see my then girlfriend, her friend randomly came over who lived quite far away and we went out for dinner. When I got there, there were a bunch of people and it was a lil surprise birthday dinner which was pretty cool as I didn't see that coming at all. 24th, I had a cup semi final with my old team and we got smashed up 3-0 as over half the team decided it would be a good time to go on holiday together. I then went home to see the famo then went out with my ex bowling and played some pool, that was a good one. Seems today will be another at home day, I don't mind I guess, not likely to do much on a monday anyways.

Anywho 25, some look at that as a big birthday, never really thought so myselfe, I would think 13, 18, 21, 30, 40, 50 etc etc but I guess its a quarter century, kind of a big deal.

I have to admit I am happy I don't look like (well i've been told I don't) look like someone is 25, maybe its because I act young lol i dunno, but every football team I go where there are 20-21 year olds, I could easily pass as being the same age.

It is a pretty good watch for those who know nothing about grime.

Day 4, still sick...

So its now Thursday, still got a bit of a soar throat, still got a nose that wants to run, then it wants to be blocked. This FN SUCKS!!! I tell ya. I missed football training on Tuesday as I figured that playing football in the cold probably isn't what I need to get over the flu. It was the first time I missed training in months, was kind of strange being home on a Tuesday actually.

Anywho now its Thursday and I have training again and I ain't feeling good still. But I am going to have to go as missing one training session isn't really acceptable, missing both defo isn't a good look. Also the team is on a good undeafeted streak and I have been playing pretty well in my new position as a right back, so I don't wanna lose my position as I am finally getting a good run of games.

So it looks like I am going to have to make that disgusting journey to Mile End today for football in this disgusting weather.

Hands down my favourite show on tv right now. Although I am having to download as sky is being long and hasn't shown the latest episodes yet.

Its pretty serious as the deaths in the show are nasty, but the old science guy is HILARIOUS, the random things he comes up with make me laugh every time. Its hard to see where the show is going at the mo as its really crazy but its defo worth checking out.

Going to bed while ill is a nightmare...

So I am sick as F at the moment. I got that flu everyone seems to have, it bloody sucks as I have no energy, a blocked nose one minute, then its running the next. Also my head hurts and my throat feels like I swallowed a cheese grater.

Anywho back to the dream, so last night I wasn't looking forward to going to bed as i just figured my head is going to be lying in nose mucus from it just leaking uncontrollably. So I stuffed tissue up there to make sure that didn't happen, which meant I was just breathing through my mouth the whole night. Which led to a dry mouth, which led to a fn nightmare.

So my random dream starts off with me walking up the road listening to the radio and some guy is talking to Ron Browz (http://tinyurl.com/bbku7t) about the autotune effect and he was saying how he didn't steal it and he uses it differently. Why I was dreaming about this I will never know, then I started coughing and my throat was dry as f*ck. I started to drink water and it would just go down my throat and my mouth couldn't get wet no water what I tried. I felt like I was gonna pass out so I was desperately trying to get to the shop but just as I got there I woke up.

All during this dream I was thinking to myself please don't make my throat really be that dry when I wake up. And it bloody was, for the first time also i drank all of my drink the night before so I was in bits. Had to roll out drag myself to the kitchen and it took like 2 glass full before I felt ok.

Manger just texted and said Thursday training is off, Tuesday training was off and the game Saturday is off..NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! So pissed, thsi was gonna be a good game, playing my old team Egbertians in the cup quarter final, but this stupid fucking, yes FUCKING snow has ruined it.

I have power league today and so far i havent got a call saying its off, it better not be, as my body cant handle not playing at least once a week, i will probably put on a stone.
