Gym Day 51..Chest and Shoulders...

So today...well technically yesterday I hit the gym and worked Chest and Shoulders. Chest being one of my fav body parts to work these days as it's the only one where I notice gains in how much I can lift. Anywho after stumbling across a Jay Cutler video
that pop'D up on youtube as a suggested vid yesterday, I decided to try out some of the stuff he did for his Chest routine. He said summat about starting with the upper chest press machine to get the blood flowing throughout all of the chest and the shoulders. So I gave it a try and it felt pretty good, anywho onto the work out...

Chest
Started with 5 sets of upper chest presses, 20 kgs for 30 reps, 30 kgs for 15 reps, 50 kgs for 10 reps, 70 kgs for 8 reps and 80 kgs for 6 reps.

3 sets of dips, 8-10 reps

3 sets of pec dec, 56 kgs for 12 reps, 70 kgs for 10 reps, 77 kgs for 8 reps.

Shoulders
3 sets of arnold presses, 20 kg dumbbells for 6-10 reps.
2 sets of single arm lateral dumbbell raises, 10 kg for 10 reps
2 ses of upright rows with 30 kgs for 10 reps

All in all a pretty solid workout, I can only imagine the pain in my chest when I wake up tomorrow, hopefully hit the gym and work back, possibly legs tomorrow.
