Gym Day 46...Chest and Triceps...

So I worked out for the first time in 2010 today. After my last workout late December I had an elbow injury and haven't been able to do anything, even if I wanted to. so today finally got in the gym and it was pretty fun. After the long break I decided to ease my way in so I did some light work.

Started with chest:
4 sets of incline bench press, 30 kgs for 20 reps, 40 kgs for 10 reps, 50 kgs for 10 reps then 60 kgs for 10 reps.

2 sets of cable crossovers, 20 kgs for 10 reps, then 25 kgs for 10 reps.

Pec Dec, 49 kgs for 10 reps, 56 kgs for 10 reps.

Triceps:
3 sets of skull crushers, 20 kgs for 10 reps, 25 kgs for 10 reps, 25 kgs for 10 reps.
3 sets of kickbacks, 10 kgs dumbbells for 10 reps.
