Gym Day 33...Chest...

I planned on working chest and triceps...but just couldn't be arsed with triceps...

1 set on the chest press, 21 kgs for 20 reps, then 28 kgs for 15 reps.
3 sets of incline bench press, 60 kgs for 12 reps, 70 kgs for 8 reps, 80 kgs for 2 reps followed by 6 reps with 60 kgs.
2 sets of incline chest press, 60 kgs for 10 reps, then 50 kgs for 8 reps.
3 sets of incline flys, 10 kgs for 10 reps for 1 of the sets and 12.5 kgs for 8 reps for 2 sets.
3 sets on the pec dec, 49 kgs for 12 reps, 56 for 10 reps then 63 kgs for 8 reps.
