Gym Day 28...Chest and Triceps...

This was done on Monday 21st of September.

Chest
1 set of chest press, 26 kgs for 20 reps
Incline bench press, 1 warm up set 20 reps of 30 kgs
3 sets of Incline bench press, 80 kgs 10 reps, 75 kgs 6 reps, 70 kgs 8 reps
3 sets of Incline dumbbell press, 22 kg dumbbells, 6-10 reps
1 set of incline flys, 12.5 kg dumbbells for 8 reps
3 sets of incline chest press, 50 kgs, 8-10 reps
3 sets of pec dec, 49, 57, 63 kgs for 8-10 reps
2 sets of dips, 8 reps
1 set of chest press, 35 kgs, for 18 reps

Triceps
3 sets of skull crushers, 25 kgs, 8-10 reps
3 sets on the tricep machine, 45, 50, 55 kgs, 8-10 reps
3 sets of kick backs, 12.5 kg dumbbells, 8-15 reps
3 sets of pushdowns, 63 kgs, 6-10 reps
